How I Help
Yvette Dubel is an Artist-Researcher and Cultural Systems Advisor and the founder of Empowered Innovation CFAaP™ LLC. When results are stalling and teams aren’t functioning, the problem is rarely the people or the plan. More often, the conditions required for people to think clearly, build trust, and move together were never established. I lead inquiries, design demonstration projects, and build pilots that surface what’s actually happening beneath the surface and advance systemic change from the bottom up.
Through the Empowered Innovation CFAaP System™ (Cultural Fusion Art as Philosophy), I combine art-based inquiry, structured reflection, facilitated dialogue, and practical application to help organizations uncover hidden friction, restore team coherence, and move meaningful work forward. The playbooks, coaching companions, and MicroInterventions I create emerge from 19+ years of practice integrating Systemic Facilitation, Healing Centered Business, and AI-augmented design, so clients gain the clarity and conditions they need to produce results that hold.
